Partners & Impact

We don't work alone — and we measure what we do.

Here's who we stand alongside, and how we'll know the work is landing.

Our partners

We've built delivery and referral partnerships with organisations across Gloucestershire and nationally — because reintegration and recovery are too big to do in a silo.

Referral partners

HM Probation Service Sentence plan integration and structured reintegration.
VIA Recovery Charity Recovery pathway integration.
Gloucestershire Police Serious crime prevention and community safety link-up.

Delivery partners

Gym & PT partner Gym access and Tier 1 activity.
Mountain biking partner Structured group rides in the Forest of Dean.
Kayaking & canoeing partner On-water sessions on the River Wye.
Wellbeing partner Contrast therapy (ice bath and sauna) and recovery sessions.
Delivery partner names will be announced once each partner has confirmed their participation.

How we measure change

Every participant completes a short, self-complete outcomes set at three points — Week 1, Week 6, and Week 12. It's the same set of questions each time, so we can see movement honestly.

Alongside the outcomes set, facilitators complete a short evidence capture sheet every session — attendance, engagement, tool use, safeguarding disclosures. Everything is logged consistently across every cohort.

Our pilot-phase targets

In plain English, these are the markers we're aiming for across the pilot cohorts.

60%
or more of participants complete the 12 weeks.
50%
or more show improved wellbeing between Week 1 and Week 12.
50%
or more are using the core tools outside the sessions.
70%
or more would recommend NRA to someone in a similar position.
50%
or more express interest in staying connected to R2R after the programme.

Our commitment to honest reporting

We publish real numbers, not inflated ones. We never share identifiable participant data. We report what we've learned — including what didn't work — because that's the only way the model gets stronger.

How R2R aligns to national strategy

R2R is not working outside the system — it's working with it. Our model aligns with:

UK Drug Strategy 2021 — From Harm to Hope
Ministry of Justice Reducing Reoffending Strategy
NHS Long Term Plan
Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) priorities
Probation Service Reforms (2021)

Stand alongside us.

Whether you fund, commission, deliver, or refer — we'd like to hear from you.
